+Friends is an architecture office based in Brussels, founded by Pauline Tondreau , Lukas Claessens, and Bastien Frémond in 2023.
We believe that a good architecture lies in a form of authenticity in human relationships. Therefore we promote and practice transparency with the various specialists involved in the construction, and seek to establish a relationship of trust and loyalty, a friendship.
This truthfulness also manifests itself physically through an architecture that draws its strength from its past and present, while showcasing distinctive new materials.
We are constantly exploring sustainable, locally sourced materials that come from responsible supply chains and reuse initiatives. We believe that the implementation of these materials also contribute to the identity of spaces that enhance the well-being of inhabitants.
We promote a future-proof vision that encompasses the short, medium, and long-term life of buildings. This is achieved through attention to history, consideration of present and future inhabitants, as well as light flexible designs.
